Anya Devlin is the Relocation & Destination Services Lead and your main point of contact from the moment you message us on WhatsApp until your pet is sleeping safely in your new Bali home.

Her role is to coordinate your entire move to Bali end-to-end, with a particular focus on Karantina-compliant pet imports. That means she keeps all the moving parts aligned — pet paperwork, flights, quarantine, visas via our licensed partners, household shipping, and your Bali arrival — so you do not have to manage separate providers on your own.

Anya’s specialist knowledge includes:

Relocation Move Coordinator

The Relocation Move Coordinator is the operational backbone of your move. Once Anya has mapped out your overall plan, the move coordinator turns it into a detailed schedule and checklist.

Typical responsibilities include:

Building a door‑to‑door move plan that synchronises pet relocation to Bali with your own travel, household shipment, and villa handover dates.
Coordinating sea and air freight: choosing between small air shipments (around 100–300 kg, typically USD 1,500–4,000) and 20ft/40ft containers with destination handling in Bali.
Working with licensed agents to time your entry visas (B211A, E33G remote worker, or KITAS categories) so they align with your pet’s quarantine release and your shipping arrival.
Scheduling destination services such as airport meet-&-greet, temporary accommodation, and orientation days.
Tracking key dates: titre test results, Karantina import permit validity, cargo flight bookings, container ETA, and villa lease start.

The move coordinator keeps you updated with clear timelines and flags any dependencies early — for example, explaining that your pet’s titre test and permit window will dictate the earliest possible flight date, and that your own travel and visa plan should be built around that.

Pet-Import & Karantina Specialist

Because Indonesia’s pet import rules are strict and changeable, your case is supported by a dedicated Pet-Import & Karantina Specialist. This role is focused solely on ensuring your pet arrives legally, safely, and with the least possible stress.

The pet-import specialist:

Reviews your pet’s existing medical records and maps out the required sequence: ISO microchip, rabies vaccination, rabies antibody titre test (FAVN/RNATT), waiting period, and health certificate.
Advises on realistic lead times — often counting back several months from your intended arrival in Bali to allow for vaccinations, blood tests, results, and Karantina’s import permit.
Coordinates with your origin-country vet and, where required, authorities such as USDA, DEFRA/APHA, or DAFF for endorsement of health certificates.
Arranges the Karantina import permit and Indonesian handling, including customs, arrival inspection, and mandatory quarantine at an approved facility.
Books or liaises on the pet’s flight as manifest cargo in an IATA-compliant crate, usually routing your pet via an approved port such as Jakarta before onward transport to Bali.
Plans the release and onward journey from quarantine to your Bali home — including road and ferry transport where needed.

The specialist also guides you through cost expectations for your pet, breaking it down into vet preparation, permit and Indonesian handling, flight as cargo, pet-shipper fee, and quarantine boarding.
